God Bless you Fr Benedict and Praise Him for the good you are doing even from a bed. - Tom, Australia

Dear Fr. Groeschel, as you know, whenever a tragedy befalls a good person people are moved. so i'm not surprised by some of your emails, even those which mention conversions. i pray your stay in the desert ends soon. take it easy on those physical therapists. - Dennis, Oaklyn, New Jersey

Hi Father, I've never stopped praying for you, and you are one of the first people on my mind in the morning. I know you cant understand how much you are doing for others, but you have no idea. I have had some prayers answered lately and I am so unworthy. First I want to thank ALL who have helped you and been with you through everything both clergy and lay people and I love to read the e-mails they are an inspiration. In an indirect way you were the start of a seed I had planted in my sisters mind and she has come back to the church after many years, Thank You Jesus and I thank Him every day for you. I am trying so hard to be a stronger person, I can be so pathetic about things in my life and I pray for your strength in your suffering to help me be a better person. I love you and wont ever stop praying for you. - Barb, Parma Ohio

Dear Fr. Benedict, In today's unsettling world, it's such a blessing to log onto the CFR homepage and hear such beautiful words of encouragement from you, Fr. Benedict. In spite of the many challenges you face, you always manage to see the "positive" and help us to see it as well. I pray for your continued recovery.
God Bless, - JoAnn, Tonawanda, New York

Please pass on to Rev.Mike from Nigeria that I have put him on my permanent list of priests to pray for every day, it was beautiful to read that he is close to ordination. Especially as today has such a lovely connection with Our Lady. I am sure everyone who read Rev Mike's message will join in prayerful support for him. Glory be to God for this website, for those who work on it, and for St Francis and all his followers through the ages who have accompanied us to this moment. I find the website the counter balance to the "news" that blares at us from TV & paper. - Veronica, Australia

Dear Father, Please take heart in your suffering that thousands of people are praying for your recovery! Imagine how pleased God must be to see that. You are doing a great job in bringing people to Him through your suffering! - Tiffany, Monroe, Michigan

Greetings, Father G -- Two new thoughts occurred to me during my nightly pilgrimage to your phenomenal webpage: the first is how heartening it must be for you to be the cultural counterbalance to the 'reality' programming that I daresay most of your faithful scorn. This webpage is genuine reality. And we have become united in prayers for you, about you, and for and about one another. This is reality programming that has borne fruit. Also, I hope that people realize that they can access some wonderful audio series of yours via EWTN's online library of audio archives. Free for the listening. Thank God being Catholic doesn't cost more than any one of us can afford to spend and donate. Keep up the good work of rehab, dear Father. You're looking as dapper as a Greek philosopher these days! - Terry, Carol, & Linda, Boca Raton, Florida

You will never truly know how much your message tonight means to so many. I was in a car accident 2 years ago and my life was permanently changed from that day forward. I have been through 2 major surgeries and thanks be to God have come through them relatively well. As a result of the accident a cancer was found and removed Praise God. I have considered it a miracle since a van came through the windshield of our car and we all should have been killed. Today however I began almost to feel sorry for myself since I am now homebound for the most part and in constant pain and discomfort. I looked at Jesus in His passion and then thought to myself how very selfish I am to ever have a moment that is not one of deep appreciation. And then I remember that I am human after all. I do not allow myself to stay in that place of self pity but looking to Jesus remind myself that He asks me to simply be, and be His, in love. He loves us or we wouldn't be here to write. He keeps us strong so that those who come into contact with us can see His grace in action through us. He lifts us up in those moments when we question why this had to happen at all. I am most grateful to God for His love of us especially you who can put into words so eloquently His love for us in your actions and foresight. Thank you dear Fr. Ben for your inspiration to so many. - Dorie,Monroe, NY
