Dear friends of Fr. Benedict,

From Trinity Retreat

Friday July 30, 2004

Fr. Benedict continues to progress, and is helping with the preparations for final vows for eight of our Brothers, which will take place this Sunday. Father will have a new message up tomorrow. In the meantime I have posted some E-mails.

Let us continue to pray for each other!

Dear Father Benedict, How I've loved reading your "Darkness" book--finally got to the wonderful prayers and stories at the end on vacation.Yes, sharing some of your stories online would be wonderful for me--since we've moved, 2 years almost, I don't get EWTN anymore so the computer is my only resource, plus books. Do take care. Our prayers are with you. - Eileen, O'Fallon, Missouri

Our Dear Fr. Benedict, As always I thank our Merciful Lord and Our Lady for their kindness of returning you to us. For we are selfish that we still want you to be here with us. My husband and I have shared you name with the books you have written and the words you have spoke with so many. We have loved you and been grateful for you since the day we first saw you. Just wanted you to know that we may be far but we are as close as the next prayer that hits the heavens with your name always on it. - Bonnie, Rochester, New York

Fr. Benedict ..since your injury we have prayed every day for you. I lead a rosary every morning with a small group at 5:40am, then we have a communion service that lasts about 20 min. Every morning you are remembered as we form a circle around Jesus (in the pyx). I have only been active with the group for the past 14 years, but the others were there long before me. We are on 6 or 8 sometimes 2, but every morning we pray for the priest, deacons, religious, sick, healing for you, & Mother Angelica, unborn babies, aborted babies, our children, grandchildren, God Children, families living and dead, those in purgatory, families to grow stronger in faith, our President, return safely of our military, peace in the world, our spouses, friends, neighbors, peace in our work place, safety of the travelers, and most important a deeper conversion of all Hearts to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and the Immaculate Heart of Mary........all before 6am every day.....God bless you father. Pray for U.S...... - John, Houston, Texas
