Dear Fr. Benedict, On Valentine's Day, the angels came and carried my sweet husband home to the Lord. As he lay dying, I prayed that He would take my Jim's breath and give it to you. Perhaps that prayer is being answered. My Jim lay suffering terribly for four days, but I knew it was a blessing, that he could share in the Lord's passion. Thank you for all your wise words on EWTN, in your books and through the ODL. You are such an inspiration to so many, and we here in Upper Michigan love you very much. Dear Fr. Benedict, I am writing from St. Andrew the Apostle Church in Voorhees, New Jersey. Everyday I check on your progress. I can't tell you how many times I have cried listening to your messages. My heart climbs out of my chest when it hears you speak. "Come, follow me." When you are fully recovered I will come hear you speak in person. I am one of eleven children. I left the church twenty-five years ago and was led back to it six years ago. Listening to EWTN has been a powerful conversion experience for me.
