Dear Father Benedict: God works in strange ways. If it wasn't for your accident many of us who had become lax in our prayer life are now back on track by praying for you every day. Of course, after our chaplet or rosary for you, I say "I might as well say my usual prayers also"! So thanks for jacking me up. It was a rough way to do it though! I appreciate your sacrifice which has done so much good in the world by bringing thousands of people closer to God. Don't worry about not being able to keep your speaking engagements.
