DEAR FR. BENEDICT, IT IS GOOD TO SEE YOU UP AND ABOUT GOD'S WORK! My prayers continue for your more complete recovery. Yet, like the Pope, being one who has suffered and carried the cross of Jesus makes you a more powerful preacher / model to all of us. Please continue to pray for your friend and potage, struggling in a night of doubts and questioning! your friends in TH

Dear Father Benedict, I have your books and love them. I am so grateful that you are on the mend. You and Angelica mean the world to me and I loved being with you when you spoke at Our Lady of Hope in Balmville. It's no more and I have shifted to St. Mary's in Newburgh, thinking often of the wisdom you shared and the confession I made to you. Please know that you are in my prayers and thoughts and that I hope the Lord blesses you with the insight to be content and well, and to continue to influence those of us around you. Sincerely, - Toni,

Dear Father Benedict., I hope your are feeling well and are recovering. I pray for you and hope you will be well again. a friend--Camille,

Dear Father Gene and Father Benedict, Before I fly out to the Eucharistic Congress in Guadalajara tomorrow I want to thank to you both, for being a wonderful retreat director and for giving me the retreat as a gift. It was a very important time for me. I know that what I experienced on the retreat has made me much closer to the Lord again, and has renewed my resolve to spend more time with Him in prayer and meditation. May God bless you richly for your help to me. Thank you also for allowing me to stay at Trinity for several days after my retreat, which gave me the opportunity to have a great visit with my friend Fr. David Gallo, AA at Mt. St. Vincent College in the Bronx. It was also very nice to be able to get to know some of the residents and workers at Trinity. I hope that I will have the opportunity to make a retreat with you again at Trinity. Please remember me in prayer, as I do you. Sincerely yours in Christ, - Fr. Dan Vladivistok, Russia

Dear Fr. Luke. . .Your message about mercy is timeless!! If only we could understand how much the Father wants us ALL to be with Him! - Marie, Wilton

Dear Father Benedict, I was very moved by today's reflection by Fr Luke Fletcher, on not giving up on anyone. My two sons "seem" very far from God, and I have been guilty of worrying about that instead of just praying and hoping and getting on with other things. Thank you for reminding me of this. Your book "Arise from Darkness" has been very helpful too. I thank God for your continuing presence in this world! - Veronica,

Fr. Luke, How grateful we are for these messages. My thanks to Fr. Benedict, Fr. Glenn and all contributors for this service. Your message today was "right on" we (this country} need more of this. Thanks again. - Ed, R. I.

Dear Fr. Luke, "Heaven is full of sinners who have repented!" Thank you for reminding us that God's mercy is boundless, and includes all of us, even me! This is a beautiful message. This morning I read there may have been more violence against an innocent civilian, made public so grotesquely. I have to admit, my first thought was for retribution against the people who would torture someone in that way. Thanks to your message, I thought to pray for their salvation instead. God bless all of you and thank you for continuing to bring us daily messages! - Mrs. Julie,
