Dear Brothers,
God bless your journey and the labor of the heart that God is sending you to be. I am sure that you will find not only one Lazarus, but quite a few. May our Blessed Mother and the Angels guide you. Thank you.
I never knew, Fr Glenn, the actual difference between a friar and a monk. Thanks for the explanation and it was very interesting. Also, I want to compliment the behind-the-scenes people on web design. The new blue banner across the top of the E-letter link looks fabulous. They're doing a great job in bit and pieces. ...Nancy in Michigan
Dear Fr. Glenn - Thank you once again for your message of Sept. 10. You gave a wonderful explanation of just what the word "friar" means. Being a 3rd order secular Franciscan, I always love to hear the way St. Francis lived and taught his followers to live out their vocations as well. You and your brother and sister Francsicans are such an awesome example to all of us. May God protect and richly bless the brothers that are going down south to serve the spiritual needs of the hurrican victims. I am sure that all of those suffering, children and adults, will clearly see Jesus in the loving embrace of the friars. Our hearts and our prayers go with them. Your sister in Christ, Michelle, SFO, Canada
