Hello Father Benedict: It was a wonderful
journey to be able to share spiritual thoughts and
encouragement with you all these past months of your recovery...but
now....we must all move forwards.... The format has obviously changed, here
at the website. Perhaps that is all well and good, as many people have asked
questions on topics that could not be followed through at this particular format.
The most important thing, is that many people, all over the world, were able
to share their great love and concern for you, and" allow you to be aware
of that", through this site. You did not journey all alone, and I believe
that enhanced your recovery process! Your many followers have to more or less
"let you go"....to follow your call to God's work. As in the bible
passage number 313..."there is a time for every purpose under heaven".
We know that we are only a prayer away from your thoughts. We are aware that
we can find you," when we miss you", in your books and videos and
tapes. We know you will always remain with us, in our hearts and prayers . We
know that we will never forget you, and how you have brought God to live amongst
us! Much love and many prayers, Jacqueline, Batavia, New York
Dear Fr. Sylvester Mary, Today's message was 'spot on' for me at this moment. Thank you, God Bless you and now that you are loved! - George, Peace and all good, (Scotland)
I appreciate Fr. Sudano's homily and I believe that these sermons will help me in many ways. I am a going on 72 year old widow, living alone and at times not able to be involved in everything at my Parish Church. I am a Lay Carmelite, I watch a lot of EWTN and try to live up to God's expectations. I keep picking myself up and trying again. I appreciate all the help I can get. God Bless all the Friars - Ann,
WOW, My husband and I love the new formatted version of your reflections. THANKYOU Fr. Sylvester for your reflection on Thurs. I plan on using it in a intercessory prayer group that gets together once a month. Also Fr. GLEN Thank you for YOUR AWSOME reflection on Friday. In Christ, Stephen and Charlene Edwards, Manchester N.H. ps: Could you also have your friars in New Mexico.. FR. Terry and Fr. Sharbel and Fr. Robert add to the daily reflection page. Thank you and GOD BLESS YOUR AWSOME WORK p.s: Dear Fr. Benedict, we miss your reflections. It seems to have been over a week.
Dear Fr. Glen, Thank you so much for continuing to teach us. We need this so very much. I assure you of my prayers for Fr. Benedict, for Fr. Andrew Apostoli and for all of the Friars and sisters. Thank you all so much for being such a bright light of Christ in this world. The picture of St. Francis is so very beautiful. Is there a possibility that we may purchase prints of this picture from your tapes and music pages? The friars have been a part of my life since 1987, and I am grateful beyond measure for all of you. Love in Our Lady, - Joanie, North Carolina
Dear Father Sudano: Thank you for a much needed message on self righteousness. I don't know about the others who read the messages, but I sure needed to read it. The Spirit who guided your hand had me in mind. I read it on the way to confession. It is a terrible disease and how does one work to cure it? Do you have advice? God bless all of you. As Father Benedict says"Let's continue to pray for each other" - Patricia , Avon Ohio
Fr. Benedict, Fr. Glenn and all the brothers, You don’t know how much this new, holy work of yours (online spiritual guidance and encouragement) helps us who are out here “in the world.” Please--keep ‘um coming’! God bless you! - Pati, Dallas, Texas
