A "silent greeting" to Fr. Roemer... It must be quite a challenge
to
"Be silent and find God" in New York City! It is most interesting
that
most of the true conversions of heart and soul occur in front of the
Monstrance, in an aura of SILENCE.... Even our Lord Jesus went into the desert
to find solace from the crowds ...I wonder where He would seek confinement in
NYC? For sure, He would walk along the oceanside,no doubt, and, He would find
Father Benedict there, in great contemplation! (smile) Blessings-Jackie, Western
N.Y.
So truly needed for me and I am learning by grace to pray that way, just to
love Him more. Thank you for your helpful guidance. God bless you and your work,
- Sheila,
Dear Father Groeschel: Thank you for enlightening my mornings. I some much
appreciate getting your messages and those of the other Friars. You and Father
Rutler have helped me grow in the Spirit. So glad you survived that nasty accident-God
isn't done with you yet. Blessings, - Martha,
I have been thinking and praying a lot about you dear Father Benedict. You
are an inspiration to so many. will continue to pray for your full recovery.
Having been close to there myself, it will seem like a full recovery until you
try to pick up more than 20 pounds. Then, reality sets in and you are happy
to be able to pick up 10 pounds knowing its far better than the alternative.
You are much loved and prayed for. GOD BLESS ALWAYS.
