Most Blessed Sacrament Friaryis particularly focused on the community’s novices. Novitiate is a yearlong period of intense formation and discernment for the newest members of the community. This time of formation focuses on prayer, human maturity, the foundations of religious life, and Franciscan spirituality. The friary is also home to St. Martin de Porres Soup Kitchen which offers a bible study, prayer ministry, food pantry, clothing hand out, and a warm meal. Also, Most Blessed Sacrament Friary hosts a vibrant Associates program. On a weekly basis, friars visit the imprisoned and give a witness to the dignity of every human person as they pray outside a local abortion clinic.
