St. Pio Friary hosts a soup kitchen twice a week. In addition to receiving a homemade meal, the patrons of the soup kitchen can receive clothes, toiletries, bedding and other such necessary items. Most importantly, those who attend the soup kitchen have the opportunity to be cared for, listened to, and loved in the name of Jesus. The friars of St. Pio Friary are also at work building up the Kingdom of God through the Padre Pio Days of Renewal, Harbour Bible Study, Harbour Prayer Group, Hospital and University Chaplaincy, and a wide variety of other preaching engagements.
